FINALLY, after being on here for two years, a proper ID. XD
I used Crayola markers for the clothing and umbrella, Copic markers for the shading, and PrismaColors for the rest. and a bit of whiteout for shineys. The spots on the galoshes were done with my pencils, I thought it looked cool. p.s. I want that umbrella.... ;w; |
